Restaurant Manager – Lakeland, FL

This role partners closely with the General Manager and is ideal for a high-energy leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
What You’ll Do:
- Support daily restaurant operations and guest experience
- Coach, develop, and motivate team members
- Maintain quality, cleanliness, and service standards
- Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and inventory
- Step into BOH support when needed
- Promote a positive, team-first culture aligned with 4 Rivers values
What You Bring:
- 2–4 years of restaurant experience (management preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume setting
- Flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays
- Guest-first mindset and hands-on leadership style
