What You’ll Do
- Lead daily Front of House operations, ensuring smooth, efficient service during high-volume shifts
- Coach, develop, and motivate team members to deliver an “above and beyond” guest experience
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and floor execution
- Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and food safety
- Support hiring, interviewing, and onboarding of new team members
- Partner with leadership to drive team engagement, performance, and culture
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- A hands-on, lead-by-example management style
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Passion for hospitality, team development, and guest experience
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, some holidays)
