YOUR ROLE: BACK OF HOUSE TEAM MEMBER
You’re the backbone of our Smokehouse. Fast, focused, and consistent – you keep things running smoothly and help create the unforgettable meals our guests come back for.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Follow 4R recipes to prep core menu items
- Label, store, and rotate product like a pro (FIFO!)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen
- Operate & clean equipment like ovens, skillets, choppers & slicers
- Safely handle knives and prep tools
- Knock out your prep list quickly & accurately
- Keep your station clean and ready for action
