Your Role – Line Cook
As a Line Cook, you play a key role in delivering high-quality food and ensuring an extraordinary guest experience. Your speed, precision, and consistency help keep our Smokehouse running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and cook food to order while maintaining 4R’s high-quality standards.
- Operate grills, fryers, and smokers to craft our signature BBQ flavors.
- Portion, plate, and garnish dishes with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Monitor food temperatures to ensure proper cooking and food safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures for proper food storage and rotation.
- Work as a team player to ensure efficiency and smooth kitchen operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and adaptability.
- Previous cooking or food service experience is a plus!
- Passion for providing exceptional guest service.
