Back of House (BOH) Team Member – Downtown Middleton Opening Team
Get in on the ground floor—literally. Our new Downtown Middleton location is opening this fall, and we’re looking for hardworking, kitchen-savvy team members to join the Back of House (BOH) team.
Positions include:
Prep Cook, Utility/Dishwasher, To-Go Packager, and more.
What You'll Do:
- Prep proteins, sides, and sauces to spec
- Keep kitchen clean, safe, and organized
- Work as a team to push out high-quality food fast
- Follow food safety and recipe procedures
- Help launch and support a brand-new store opening
What We're Looking For:
- Kitchen experience is a plus (but not required for all roles)
- Strong work ethic and teamwork
- Dependability and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
