We are hiring a Restaurant Leader (title based on experience) who is hands-on, people-first, and passionate about developing strong teams while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily restaurant operations in a high-volume environment
• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members
• Drive a positive, accountable, guest-focused culture
• Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and P&L performance
• Ensure excellence in food quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Resolve guest concerns and elevate the hospitality experience
• Partner with your Regional Manager to achieve financial and operational goals
• Build strong relationships within the local community

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience
• Experience in a high-volume, full-service or fast-casual environment
• Strong financial acumen (labor, food cost, waste control, P&L)
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Hands-on leadership style

Preferred:

• General Manager experience
• Scratch kitchen experience
• Local store marketing or community engagement background
• Experience with R365, Schoox, or Microsoft Office
