To-Go Team Member – Downtown Middleton Smokehouse (Opening Team)
Fast, friendly, and accurate—you make the to-go experience seamless. We’re hiring To-Go Team Members to support our Downtown Middleton opening this fall!
What You’ll Do:
- Package and double-check every to-go order for accuracy and presentation
- Manage curbside service and greet guests with warmth
- Take phone orders, communicate pick-up times, and upsell desserts or drinks
- Keep the to-go station organized, stocked, and clean
- Work closely with kitchen and expo to ensure smooth execution
What You Bring:
- Attention to detail and strong communication
- Ability to stay calm and efficient during rushes
- Guest-first attitude and ability to work with urgency
- Restaurant or food service experience a plus
