Do you love great food, Disney energy, and leading a team? 4R Cantina Barbacoa is looking for an experienced Food Truck & Catering Operations Manager to lead our high-volume food truck at Disney Springs while supporting operations at our Catering Facility in Maitland, FL.

What You’ll Do:
Food Truck Leadership (Primary Role)
- Lead day-to-day operations of the 4R Cantina Food Truck at Disney Springs
- Hire, train, coach, and develop team members
- Deliver exceptional guest service aligned with Disney and 4 Rivers standards
- Manage scheduling, labor, and daily financial accountability
- Oversee cash handling (Disney Matra, Square)
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with Disney appearance and dress code standards
Catering Facility & Event Support (1–2 Days Weekly)
- Support operations at our Catering Facility in Maitland, FL
- Assist in kitchen prep and production as needed
- Support off-site catering events and execution
- Collaborate with the catering team to ensure seamless operations
Schedule & Requirements:
- Hybrid role: Food Truck operations plus Catering Facility support
- Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and occasional off-site events
- Overnight shift required approximately once every 3 months
- Must be comfortable working both indoor kitchen and outdoor food truck environments
- Must be 21 years of age or older with a clean driving record
