Your Role: Prep Cook (Back of House)
You’re the heartbeat of our kitchen – prepping the ingredients and recipes that fuel every plate we serve. At 4 Rivers, quality and consistency are everything, and we count on you to help deliver it.
What You'll Do:
- Follow recipes & prep lists like a boss
- Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked
- Label, rotate, and store food properly
- Know your way around a kitchen – knives, ovens, and equipment included
- Knock out your prep list with speed and accuracy
- Be a team player – we win together!
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Ability to multitask and move quickly
- Dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn
- Previous kitchen or food service experience is a plus – but not required
