Your Role: Carver (Front Line Leader)
As a Carver, you are the face of the Smokehouse line and a key part of what makes 4 Rivers special. You’ll interact directly with guests while expertly slicing and serving our signature meats—especially our pride and joy: brisket.
What You’ll Do
- Confidently and safely handle knives to slice meats to order
- Maintain clean, precise, and consistent cuts with proper portioning
- Serve guests with energy, hospitality, and product knowledge
- Build orders quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate clearly with your team to keep the line moving
- Educate guests on menu items and offer samples when appropriate
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
What You Bring
- Strong knife skills required (restaurant, deli, butcher, or carving experience preferred)
- Ability to work fast while staying accurate and detail-oriented
- A team-first mindset and dependable work ethic
- Passion for food, hospitality, and guest experience
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a high-volume environment
