Join 4 Rivers Smokehouse as a Restaurant Manager in our Tampa market—an opportunity designed for leaders who are ready to grow into a General Manager role.
This role is part of our leadership bench, where high-potential leaders are developed and placed into key roles as we continue to expand. You will be placed at one of our Tampa-area locations (Lakeland, South Tampa, or North Tampa/Carrollwood) based on business needs.

All leaders begin in our Manager in Training (MIT) program, built to set you up for long-term success.
From there, your path looks like:
MIT → Manager → Service Manager (SM) or Kitchen Manager (KM) → Assistant General Manager (AGM) → General Manager (GM)

What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of daily restaurant operations (FOH & BOH)
- Lead, coach, and develop your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Drive performance through strong leadership, accountability, and culture
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and labor to meet business goals
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Support hiring, onboarding, and team development
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience
- A strong desire to grow into a General Manager role
- Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Flexible to placement within the Tampa market
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred:
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Experience in high-volume or multi-unit environments
- Familiarity with systems like R365 or similar
