Your Role:
As a Front Line Carver, you're the heartbeat of the front line and the first face our guests see. You’ll master the art of brisket carving and deliver exceptional hospitality, every single time.
Your Mission Includes:
- Creating an upbeat and welcoming guest experience
- Knowing our menu inside and out (especially our pride and joy – the brisket)
- Leading the flow of the front line with great communication
- Ensuring every guest receives the right portion, with the right care
- Offering samples, smiles, and sincere service
- Keeping things moving fast, clean, and friendly
What You Bring:
- Positive energy and a guest-first attitude
- Quick thinking and fast hands (you’ll be handling a knife!)
- Ability to multi-task with precision
