4Roots Café is more than a place to eat—it’s a mission-driven space that connects guests with where their food comes from. Our plant-forward menu highlights locally sourced ingredients to nourish bodies and minds while supporting Central Florida’s local food system.
What You’ll Do as a Seasonal Café Team Member:
- Provide warm, friendly, and efficient service to all guests
- Assemble fresh, customizable sandwiches, salads, and bowls
- Maintain a clean and organized café space
- Educate guests about our ingredients and sustainability mission
- Support grab-and-go orders and assist with delivery fulfillment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude and passion for food, sustainability, and hospitality
- Prior food service or customer service experience is helpful but not required
- Willingness to learn and work in a team-focused environment
- Good communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekdays and weekends
