We’re searching for an experienced, people-first Restaurant Manager to join our Central Florida market and help us continue delivering exceptional hospitality and authentic culinary experiences.

What You’ll Do
As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll:
- Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on exceptional guest service, food quality, and team performance
- Support hiring, scheduling, training, and developing hourly team members
- Ensure BOH and/or FOH procedures are executed with excellence
- Maintain inventory, cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards
- Foster a positive culture rooted in hospitality, accountability, and teamwork
- Problem-solve and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
- Serve as an ambassador of the 4R mission and values—on and off the floor
All Managers begin their journey through our comprehensive Manager-in-Training (MIT) program, designed to prepare you for leadership success and help determine your best operational fit within our market.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant leadership role OR strong supervisory experience
- Proven success working in fast-paced restaurant settings
- Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
- Ability to lead by example and inspire teams
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Flexible and willing to work across multiple restaurant locations in the CFL market
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Nice to Have
- Previous management experience in casual or fast-casual dining
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Food Manager certification (or willingness to obtain)
