Accounts Payable Administrator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Administrator to support our growing organization through accurate invoice processing, vendor communication, and day-to-day accounts payable operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and working behind the scenes to help keep financial operations running smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
As the Accounts Payable Administrator, you’ll be responsible for supporting the full accounts payable process, including:
- Reviewing and processing invoices accurately and timely
- Matching invoices with purchase orders and receipts
- Setting up and processing weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers
- Communicating with vendors and resolving payment discrepancies
- Maintaining vendor files, W-9 documentation, and recurring payment systems
- Assisting with month-end reporting, journal entries, and annual audit preparation
- Monitoring accounts payable aging reports and supporting cash flow communication
- Supporting financial reporting and administrative accounting functions
This position works closely with the Controller and internal departments across the organization to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a multi-location environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent mathematical and analytical abilities
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous accounting experience within the restaurant, hospitality, or food & beverage industry

Schedule
Full-time | Monday–Friday
Additional hours may occasionally be required during month-end and year-end close processes.
