Catering - Director Level Sales

4 Rivers Smokehouse is continuing to grow our catering division and we are looking for an experienced catering sales leader to help drive the next chapter of expansion.
This is an opportunity for a strategic, relationship-driven sales professional to lead and develop a high-performing catering sales team while partnering closely with operations and marketing to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in catering sales, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to build long-term client partnerships that generate repeat business and sustainable growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop a team of Catering Sales Managers
- Drive new business development and repeat sales growth
- Partner with Operations and Marketing to execute strategic catering initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, venues, and community partners
- Set performance goals and analyze sales metrics to guide strategy
- Support large-scale events as needed to ensure operational excellence
- Optimize online catering platforms and sales processes
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of catering and direct sales experience
- 3+ years leading and developing a catering sales team
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Valid Florida driver’s license and ability to travel locally
- Restaurant group catering experience is a plus

This Winter Park-based role offers a hybrid schedule with local travel required.
