4 Rivers Smokehouse is expanding our thriving catering division and we’re seeking a high-impact Director of Catering Sales to lead the next phase of strategic growth.

This senior leadership role is ideal for a proven catering sales executive who combines strong revenue-driving instincts with a relationship-first mindset. You’ll lead and develop a high-performing catering sales team while partnering closely with Operations and Marketing to deliver exceptional guest experiences and sustainable growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Catering Sales Managers
• Drive new business development and maximize repeat catering revenue
• Create and execute strategic sales initiatives aligned with company growth goals
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations and Marketing to ensure seamless execution
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, venues, and community partners
• Establish performance targets and analyze sales metrics to inform strategy
• Support and oversee large-scale events to ensure operational excellence
• Optimize online catering platforms, CRM systems, and sales processes

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of catering and direct sales experience
• 3+ years leading and developing a catering sales team
• Proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and strategic planning skills
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Restaurant group catering experience preferred
• Valid Florida driver’s license with ability to travel locally
