This is not your typical maintenance role - this position supports multiple restaurant locations across Florida, offering variety, independence, and the opportunity to work across a wide range of systems and projects.
What You’ll Do
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance across multiple restaurant locations
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment
- Complete general repairs including carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and more
- Support fabrication and welding projects as needed
- Respond to urgent maintenance needs and ensure minimal disruption to operations
- Travel regularly to support locations across Central Florida and other markets
- Maintain a clean, organized company-provided work truck and mobile workshop
- Partner with restaurant leadership and internal teams to prioritize and complete work orders
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company and regulatory standards
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of facility maintenance or multi-trade experience
- Strong working knowledge of:
- HVAC systems
- Electrical and plumbing repairs
- Refrigeration and kitchen equipment
- Carpentry and general facility repairs
- Experience with fabrication and/or welding (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Comfortable traveling frequently, including occasional overnight stays
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Basic computer skills (Excel or similar) for tracking work and expenses

Location & Schedule
- Based in Central Florida (Winter Park area)
- Travel required across multiple restaurant locations
- Typically Monday–Friday, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and emergency support
