Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys variety in your work and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly? 4 Rivers Smokehouse is looking for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to help maintain and improve our Smokehouses throughout Florida!

From troubleshooting kitchen equipment to tackling facility repairs and improvement projects, no two days will look exactly the same.

This is a field-based position with most work taking place in Central Florida, along with travel to our other Florida locations. Flexibility with travel and scheduling is important, as some projects may require evening, overnight, or weekend work to minimize disruptions to restaurant operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs across our Smokehouses
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, and kitchen equipment issues
• Handle general facility repairs, including carpentry, drywall, painting, and flooring
• Diagnose and repair kitchen equipment and refrigeration systems
• Support facility improvement projects and respond to unexpected maintenance needs
• Partner with restaurant leadership to prioritize repairs and complete projects safely and efficiently

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of facilities maintenance or related experience
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
• Basic computer skills for tracking work and expenses
• Flexibility to travel throughout Florida and work occasional nights or weekends as needed
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• High school diploma or GED

Experience with commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, welding, or maintenance work order systems is a plus!
