About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and being on the move.

This is a traveling role across Central Florida and surrounding areas, supporting multiple 4 Rivers Smokehouse locations and facilities.

You’ll handle a wide range of repairs, maintenance, and light construction projects—everything from fixing equipment to small build-outs.

 If you’ve worked in construction, handyman services, electrical, plumbing, or general maintenance—this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform general repairs across multiple restaurant locations
• Handle light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and drywall work
• Complete preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities
• Assist with small construction projects, build-outs, and repairs
• Support kitchen equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Travel to different locations as needed (some overnight travel required)
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of your company truck/workspace
• Track expenses and basic reporting (Excel or similar tools)

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in maintenance, construction, or handyman work
• Strong working knowledge of:
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Carpentry
• General repairs
• Comfortable traveling regularly throughout Florida
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

 Bonus Points For:

• Welding or fabrication experience
• Experience in restaurants, hospitality, or multi-unit environments
