You will be placed at one of our Central Florida locations (Winter Park, Winter Garden, UCF, Longwood, SODO, or Kissimmee) based on current business needs.

From there, leaders continue to grow and develop into roles such as:
Service Manager (SM), Kitchen Manager (KM), Assistant General Manager (AGM), and beyond

What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day restaurant operations across FOH & BOH
- Coach, develop, and inspire your team
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold 4R standards
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and labor
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Support hiring, onboarding, and team development
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience
- Strong leadership presence with a passion for developing others
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Open to placement within the Central Florida market
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred:
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Experience in high-volume environments
- Familiarity with systems like R365 or similar
