About 4Roots:
Founded by John and Monica Rivers, the 4Roots Foundation is a nonprofit dedicated to unearthing the power of food to restore health, build community, and promote sustainability. Our flagship initiative, the 4Roots Farm Campus, is a 40-acre model for regenerative agriculture, food access, education, and innovation in the heart of Orlando—with plans to grow far beyond.
The 4Roots Foundation is on a mission to build a healthier, more equitable food system for all. The Foundation is currently in a major multi-year campaign to advance the vision of the 4Roots Farm Campus, representing a significant investment in programs that nourish people and the planet.

- Identify opportunities to grow donor engagement across annual giving and major gift programs.
- Provide personalized stewardship that strengthens long-term donor relationships.
- Represent 4Roots at donor engagement events and on the Farm Campus.
- Maintain accurate donor records and provide regular updates on portfolio activity.
