Wanted, a Friendly, Smiling, Hard Working Greens and Greeter. Must be outgoing, comfortable speaking with guests and starting their Coolgreens experience by asking for their initial order, lettuce choice and using an I-Pad to input additions before passing it along to the Toppings Artist. Needs to be able to communicate quickly and correctly the guests needs. Previous work in food-service is a plus but not mandatory. Basic knowledge of food safety is a plus.

The responsibilities of a Greens and Greeter in our restaurant are to greet guests,help them with menu recommendations and take orders. All our Greens and Greeters are also responsible for handling cash and credit card transactions.

To help our restaurant provide a pleasurable dining experience, a good Greens and Greeter should be able to ensure that our guests are fully satisfied by being friendly, courteous, accommodating, and reliable. A suitable candidate for the job should also be a problem-solver and a team player.

Responsibilities of a Greens and Greeter:

● Greeting and a total commitment to hospitality.

● Providing menu recommendations and additional information.

● Upselling additional products when appropriate.

● Taking orders using software, order slips, or by memorization.

● Communicating order details to the kitchen staff.

● Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of tables and tableware.

● Providing exceptional customer experience.
