Responsibilities


Our Kitchen Director is responsible for assisting the day to day operations of a busy fast paced restaurant. You are hands on and the foundation of the kitchen. Constantly and consistently coaching and training in all aspects of the kitchen to ensure that every guest has a remarkable experience. Works and supervises all production stations, ensures proper food safety and sanitation procedures are followed, and will be a 2pm-11pm shift.


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Ensures team members follow recipes and read tickets to accurately prepare all orders.

• Ensures team members are extremely knowledgeable in each position.

• Ensures that team members work at a pace to maintain restaurant's established speed of service guidelines.

• Ensures workstations are clean at all times.

• Ensures team members follow procedures at all times.

• Executes proper food safety and sanitation procedures.

• Holds team members accountable for adhering to policies.

• Ensures that team members monitor food quality, production, and overall facility cleanliness.

• Perform any of the tasks above as needed throughout shift.

• Addresses guest issues that may arise; consults with leadership regarding complex issues.

• Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all team members with respect while providing them with direction and feedback.

• Communicates team member performance and policy/procedure violations to leadership.

• Strictly adheres to all company policies and procedures.


Qualifications

• Ability to manage team members, training and coaching skills with evidence of developing exceptionally motivated teams

• Excellent analytical, problem solving, administrative, multi-tasking, organization and prioritization skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent in English and Spanish

• Ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, consistently producing quality results
