Who We Are:
We’re a growing artisan donut shop with a passion for scratch-made treats and unforgettable flavor. As we expand our wholesale program, we’re looking for a driven and outgoing Outside - Wholesale Sales Manager to help bring our donuts to cafes, hotels, offices, and hospitality groups across the region.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and build relationships with local businesses, retailers, and hospitality partners
- Drive B2B sales by introducing our products to new wholesale accounts
- Coordinate product samples, tastings, and follow-ups
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Track leads, orders, and commissions in collaboration with our leadership team
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales strategies
Who You Are:
- A confident and enthusiastic communicator who loves connecting with people
- Experienced in sales (at least 1–2 years); outside or B2B sales preferred
- Background in food, beverage, or hospitality is a big plus
- Self-motivated, independent, reliable, and results-driven — you enjoy making things happen
- Flexible and available for in-person meetings, tastings, and occasional events
Compensation:
- Commission-based pay structure — earn a percentage of every wholesale account you bring on
