Hospitality Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for every guest they serve, ensuring that everyone receives signature Chick-fil-A service and food quality. This position includes serving guests in our drive-thru during all times of the day, including during mild inclement weather conditions.

Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
- Must be willing and able to work outside during portions of your shift (including mild inclement weather such as snow, rain, heat, and cold)
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Able to stay mobile during shifts
- Works well under pressure
- Able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs
- No education requirement
