Hospitality Manager: 3pm -11pm Thursday/Friday/Saturday($28-31)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Hospitality Manager to lead our PM operations specifically on THURSDAY, FRIDAY and SATURDAY evenings from 3-11pm. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. If you thrive under pressure, know how to keep standards high, demonstrate excellent customer service and enjoy coaching a team—this role is for you with premium compensation ranging from $28-$31.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer facing leadership or management role
- Strong coaching mindset and a collaborative leadership style
- Excellent communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee front-of-house operations on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings
- Coach team members to deliver friendly, consistent, and quick service
- Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and presentation
- Collaborate with Back-of-house leadership to ensure seamless service
- Reinforce a culture of respect, care, and attention to detail
- Ability to be hands-on/work from position
