About the Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Hospitality Manager to lead our PM operations specifically on THURSDAY, FRIDAY and SATURDAY evenings from 3-11pm. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. If you thrive under pressure, know how to keep standards high, demonstrate excellent customer service and enjoy coaching a team—this role is for you with premium compensation ranging from $28-$31.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer facing leadership or management role
Strong coaching mindset and a collaborative leadership style
Excellent communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail and organization
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Ability to stay calm under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee front-of-house operations on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings
Coach team members to deliver friendly, consistent, and quick service
Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and presentation
Collaborate with Back-of-house leadership to ensure seamless service
Reinforce a culture of respect, care, and attention to detail
Ability to be hands-on/work from position
