Culinary Manager:
About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Culinary Manager to assist our PM operations in the evenings from 3-11pm. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. If you thrive under pressure, know how to keep standards high, and enjoy coaching a collaborative team—this role is for you with premium compensation ranging from $27-$30 an hour.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen leadership or management role
- Strong coaching mindset and a collaborative leadership style
- Excellent communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee kitchen operations on Thursday, Friday and Saturday
- Coach team members to deliver quality, consistency, and speed
- Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and presentation
- Collaborate with front-of-house leadership to ensure seamless service
- Reinforce a culture of respect, care, and attention to detail
- Ability to be hands-on/work from position
