Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage drive-thru operations to safeguard financial success and customer satisfaction
- Ensure all team members understand procedures, expectations, and goals
- Conduct team huddles to communicate goals and boost morale
- Maintain cleanliness of window, register area, headset area, iPOS, and iPads
- Control food, labor, and paper costs effectively
- Ensure safety and security standards are upheld
- Drive sales growth by increasing cars served per hour
- Work flexible hours including mornings and evenings
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Associate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience
- Food handler’s license required
- Strong business acumen and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities
- Physical ability to lift 40-60 pounds regularly
- Servant leader passionate about people and world-class service
- Ability to manage change and motivate a team
