Holiday Inn & Suites - Public Area Attendant/ Driver

As a Public Area Attendant/ Driver, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all public areas of the hotel, including the lobby and restrooms, to ensure they are in impeccable condition. Additionally, you will transport guests in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner using safe driving practices.
Essential Functions:
- Thoroughly clean sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, countertops, walls, vents, and floors with specifically assigned cleaning agents
- Dispose of trash
- Dust all furniture and pictures, clean all windows and glass, and vacuum public areas
- Vacuum and dispose of trash in office areas
- Polish fixtures and vacuum elevators
- Maintain a vacuumed appearance in stairwells
- Comprehend and abide by all traffic regulations while transporting customers
- Lift luggage, packages, and boxes from cars, buses, vans, and carts
- Listen, understand, and respond immediately to customer and employee inquiries and requests
- Greet customers with a friendly and sincere welcome
- Remain calm and alert, especially during emergencies or heavy hotel activity
- Clearly communicate the features and services of the hotel facilities
