Key Responsibilities
- Act as Manager-on-Duty, resolving guest and team member issues to ensure total satisfaction.
- Conduct tours of the hotel to maintain quality appearance, cleanliness, and safety.
- Prepare daily summary reports for various hotel departments.
- Supervise and train night Guest Services Agents to uphold service excellence.
- Manage emergencies that arise during the night hours effectively.
Essential Functions
- Perform all stages of linen processing, ensuring a constant supply of clean linens.
- Maintain cleanliness of laundry machinery and the laundry area.
- Assist in laundry inventories and the organization of valet and laundry bags.
