The sales manager must delegate, train, and monitor the progress of all associates and all facets of the hardware store. The primary responsibilities of the sales manager are to drive sales performance while managing expenses, profits, assets, and team members' personal development to ensure our “clients” are receiving world class customer service.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of successful retail management experience. We are looking for qualified individuals for a role as Sales Manager.
