Account Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for order entry, customer follow-up, contract review, customer maintenance, and handling customer requests. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is essential, as well as familiarity with entering part numbers into an ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address inquiries.
- Maintain customer accounts and update information as necessary.
- Handle customer requests and provide timely solutions.
- Conduct contract reviews to ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and industry regulations, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
- Enter part numbers and relevant data into the ERP system to ensure accurate inventory management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
