Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maximize store sales and profitability while minimizing expenses.
- Delegate daily tasks and train retail staff for growth and success.
- Conduct associate evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop in-store marketing strategies and seasonal merchandising.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and maintain store appearance.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Promote a Customer First Sales Culture and lead by example.
- Drive customer satisfaction through effective coaching and support.
- Utilize performance reports to identify service improvement opportunities.
- Engage and motivate the team through regular communication and huddles.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a retail setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
