Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven candidate to join our marketing team as the Marketing Coordinator for our specialty dental practices. This pivotal role will be responsible for building and executing strategies to drive patient growth specifically for our specialty dental offices, which include pediatric, endodontic, and orthodontics practices. You will develop systems for increasing patient referrals and direct patient acquisition by cultivating strong relationships with referring dental practices and engaging with the community. Collaborating with internal teams, you will play a key role in ensuring our specialty clinics consistently meet and exceed new patient goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans and marketing initiatives specifically designed to increase patient referrals and drive new patient growth for our specialty practices.
  • Facilitate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with referring dental practices, dentists, and their staff.
  • Facilitate regular visits to local dental practices to share information about our specialty services, introduce new providers, and foster awareness of referral opportunities.
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate attending promotional events, open houses, study clubs, educational sessions, speaker engagements, and one-on-one meetings to strengthen relationships and promote the practice.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective outreach materials and event strategies.
  • Track interactions with providers and referral sources, ensuring timely follow-up communication.
  • Monitor and track patient referrals, maintain a referral database, and analyze outreach efforts to optimize engagement and provider participation.
  • Prepare and present reports on referral data, marketing initiatives, and growth results to practice leadership.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for continuous growth, expand networking opportunities, and secure new business from non-referring providers.
  • Manage community outreach initiatives to enhance the practice's visibility.
  • May collaborate on updates to website content or social media platforms relevant to referral sources or practice updates.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. Seasoned professional with proven experience will also be considered.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Prior experience in marketing, business development, referral outreach, or healthcare/dental settings preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in addressing individuals and groups.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, highly motivated, and driven by success. Ability to be creative and competitive in strategic planning.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and work well under pressure.
  • Experience executing marketing campaigns, promotional events, and outreach initiatives is preferred.
  • Familiarity with tracking data and reporting results is beneficial.
  • Ability to manage spreadsheets.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to visit practices and attend events. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.
