Mathnasium of Wood Ridge is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist with administrative experience to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with families, keeping operations running smoothly, and growing into greater responsibility over time.

What You’ll Do
- Greet students and parents and provide excellent customer service with professionalism and warmth
- Manage front desk operations and daily administrative tasks
- Oversee and support a small staff team, including shift coordination
- Support center operations and communicate clearly with instructors and families
- Help maintain an organized, welcoming learning environment
What We’re Looking For
- Prior customer service experience (required)
- Previous administrative experience (required)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Reliable, detail oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable managing small staff schedules and workloads in a cost effective manner
- Friendly, professional, and reliable with strong communication skills
Position Details
Required on site hours:
Monday- Thursday: 3:30PM - 7:30PM
Saturday- 10AM - 2PM
- Part-time position with future advancement opportunities based on personal interest and performance
- Immediate hire
- Paid training provided, both on-site and through Mathnasium corporate instruction
**Pay is determined based on experience and knowledge in relation to the position.
