What we require of you – Your Must-Haves:
- Knowledge of disaster restoration industry.
- Ability to work in an on-call rotation (1 day per week)
- Must be able to pass background and pre-employment drug screening
- Must have an Oregon Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Certifications are preferred, but not required: AHERA - Building Inspector, Asbestos, WRT – Water Damage Restoration Technician
What you’ll be doing - Job Responsibilities:
- Inspect job sites for compliance with standards, timeline, and quality.
- Retrieve work orders, load necessary equipment, and complete assigned tasks.
- Manage technicians, ensuring adherence to processes and standards.
- Communicate job processes and resolutions to customers.
- Resolve customer issues and communicate daily activities to company staff.
- Prepare documentation (notes, photos) in compliance with policies and protocol.
- Follow up with crew and ensure compliance daily.
- Provide support and training to team members.
- Enforce safety standards during all jobs.
What the position requires of you - Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
- Move objects up to 50-70 pounds often.
- Stand, walk, lift, squat, crawl, and crouch for extended periods.
- Communicate effectively and receive detailed information.
- Able to wear full and half face respirators.
- Exposed to various indoor and outdoor working conditions, including changes in temperature.
