Position Type:
- Full-time and Part-time
- Must be available as early as 8:00 AM until at least 2:00 PM or later Monday - Saturday

Opening Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Put up truck deliveries every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
- Clean filters on henny penny fryers daily
- Stock and check on inventory daily
- Filet and prepare chicken to be cooked at the raw chicken station daily while breading chicken for restaurant orders
- Prepare Catering Orders as needed
- Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly at all times
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Consistent and reliable: must arrive on time at 8:00 AM or when scheduled
- Cheerful and positive attitude

- Able to multi-task
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis, especially on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday while putting up truck
- Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
