BAR MANAGER REQUIREMENTS

POSITION SUMMARY
The Bar Manager is responsible for overseeing all bar operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining profitability, leading and developing team members, and ensuring compliance with all alcohol service, safety, and company standards.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience.
- Minimum 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Valid alcohol service certification as required by local regulations.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Basic computer and POS system proficiency.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
The Bar Manager must demonstrate knowledge of:
- Spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail preparation.
- Responsible alcohol service practices.
- Inventory management and ordering procedures.
