Position Summary
The Dining Room Host is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the dining area while providing genuine hospitality to guests. This role focuses on creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere through excellent customer service and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide a positive dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, restrooms, and beverage station
- Refresh tables and seating areas promptly
- Assist guests with refills, high chairs, and special requests
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Support team members with operational needs during busy periods
- Ensure dining room standards align with Chick-fil-A expectations
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs
- No previous experience required — training provided
