Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Smile, Create and Maintain Eye Contact, Speak Enthusiastically, Make Emotional Connections with Guests
- Offer a Warm Welcome and Fond Farewell to Guests
- Honor and encourage others to Create Craveable Care for each and every person
- Embodying our Mission, Vision and Values
- Multitasking quickly and thoroughly
- Prepare, assemble, and present food, drinks and desserts safely, quickly, and efficiently
- Keep the Front Counter, Dining Room and Parking lot neat, clean, and orderly at all times
- Performing Table Touch Ins to periodically check on guests
- Clean Bathrooms
- Work outside in a variety or weather and temperatures
- Deliver Orders to cars in curbside spots
- Clean Parking Lot
- Adhere to Food Safety and Sanitation guidelines
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
