Job Overview:

As a Chick-Fil-A Team Member, you'll be the smiling face that greets our guests, making their experience at Chick-fil-A unforgettable. Whether you're taking orders at the counter, serving our mouthwatering chicken sandwiches, or ensuring our dining area is as inviting as our service, you'll play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors.


Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

  • This location requires you to be at least 18 years old to work in the Back of House.
  • Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
  • Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
  • Stock kitchen inventory as needed
  • Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
  • Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
  • Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
  • Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Passion for providing outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to Chick-fil-A's high standards of quality and service.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must have a source of reliable transportation
  • Have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis
  • Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be willing to work 3 days out of the week, one of those days including Saturdays.
