What You'll Do
As a Night Shift Operations Lead, you'll be the heartbeat of our evening operations. You’ll guide our team, ensure smooth shifts, and uphold the high standards that Chick-fil-A is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support team members across the Front and Back of House
- Drive high-performance, efficient shift operations with a focus on care, speed, and cleanliness.
- Coach, train, and develop team members, helping them grow with purpose
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
- Proactively resolve guest concerns with professionalism and a caring spirit.
- Manage labor, productivity, and closing procedures to prepare the store for the next day.
- Communicate shift updates, wins, and challenges to the leadership team.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience (restaurant or retail.)
- Current or previous experience working at a Chick-fil-A
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and energized by team success.
- Passion for hospitality, growth, and service excellence.
- Available to work evenings, Saturday’s, and select holidays.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required.
- Ability to meet with the leadership team on a monthly basis.
