Your responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, food production, and customer service.
- Oversee and optimize the restaurant’s daily operations, ensuring efficiency, aligning operations with strategic goals, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Managing, mentoring, and developing the restaurant team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to provide superior quality and customer service.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to foster a positive work environment and promote professional growth.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and minimizing waste.
- Understand and monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by addressing customer feedback promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
Your qualifications:
- 5-7+ years in a managerial role within the food industry, preferably in quick service fast food or casual dining environments or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Assistant GM or GM level experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Strong management, training, organizational, delegation and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with staff, customers, and vendors and resolve conflict in a professional manner.
- Strong problem solving skills including the ability to handle challenges, think critically and find effective solutions.
- Strong team building skills with the ability to develop and sustain a high performing team.
- Experience in food production processes with a focus on quality assurance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Certified from a national food safety program
- Drivers license, valid car insurance, and reliable transportation.
