This position requires a 6am - 2pm schedule but days can be flexible! Choose to work M-F or just Sat-Sun or some other combination of days!

What you’ll do:

• Provide superior maintenance to interior and exterior of restaurant
• Maintain the appearance of the building exterior and grounds effectively
• Maintain a basic working knowledge of the operation of all the equipment in the restaurant
• Complete basic maintenance on all restaurant equipment safely and correctly
• Work on the floor of the restaurant (either front of house or back of house) once the restaurant opens for the day
