We started in our founder's (Jeff) home kitchen in 2019 and have grown to open over a dozen locations in the Orlando market. We are hiring for our Celebration Restaurant, that is located at 1587 Future Way, Kissimmee, FL 34747. This
location is proudly owned and operated by Chris and McKenize Cohen. We are looking for a dedicated person who is looking to learn the bagel business, and
hopefully grow with us as we expand our footprint. We operate as a team, and we close at 2pm everyday!

As a General Manager, you will manage the day to day operations of the assigned location. You will be responsible for achieving KPIs and planned sales and profit goals through the implementation, management, and enforcement of company policies, procedures, best practices, programs, and performance standards.
In addition, you will directly supervise all employees, including hiring, training, coaching, and motivating your team to achieve set goals, and KPIs, including customer satisfaction feedback goals. You will also be in charge of inventory management, including purchasing, receiving, and the safe storing of the items needed to operate the business effectively. You will be accountable for all aspects of restaurant operations and administration, ensuring execution of all tasks and systems to guarantee maximum guest satisfaction, a consistent and safe work environment, and a profitable Profit and Loss statement. This position equires consistent demonstration of leadership and a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities:
● Inventory management, purchasing and receiving
● Vendor management
● Use of appropriate leadership style for various internal and external situations
● Establish credibility through people results and meeting KPIs
● Provide direction and feedback to team members during shifts.
● Establish full knowledge of company regulations, policies, procedures, standards, and goals
● Prepare and follow action plans to address issues, escalations, and store profitability results
● Support company initiatives by educating and training team members to achieve success
● Proactively provide communication to internal Directors on the status of their restaurant including results, issues affecting guests or team members and individual achievements, and KPIs
● Follow all cash handling, house account, deposit, and credit card policies
● Reconcile comps, voids, discounts, and cash shortages and takes corrective action
● Manage the activities of the restaurant teams: This includes recruitment, hiring and retention practices, scheduling, and continuous training to increase the staff’s productivity, and customer service skills
● Effectively provide performance feedback through coaching and timely reviews
● Encourage friendly internal competition
● Ensure team members are focused on guest satisfaction
● Think creatively and seize business opportunities within the local community
● Engage with guests to create a personable and seamless experience
● Use all service-related feedback to continually improve service levels, drive overall guest satisfaction, increase return visits, and reduce guest complaints
● Manage controllable expenses and restaurant compliance
● Understand the critical nature of making logical and timely decisions under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations
● Observe ambiance and safety in the restaurants, i.e.: lighting, music, marketing displays and cleanliness of small wares; ensures floors are clean, dry, and free of debris throughout the shift and seating package is clean and in good condition
● Perform any other duties as requested by the Corporate Support Team, Area Director, and other leadership team members to ensure customer satisfaction, safety, and profitability
● Available to work flexible and long hours at times including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
● 1+ years of previous general management experience in the food industry
● Previous experience hiring, managing, coaching, training, and motivating others
● Experience establishing positive results by meeting established KPIs
● A strong focus on customer satisfaction
● Strong understanding of business management, financial, and
leadership principles
● Experience reviewing Profit and Loss statements
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
● Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop practical solution and strategies
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Experience working with vendors
● Experience maintaining a clean, organized, food safe environment
● ServSafe Food manager certification is a plus (must be able to attain and maintain certification once hired, with costs covered by the company)
● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
● Must have early morning, weekends, and holiday availability
● Must be able to pass a background check
● Ability to work in spaces where common food allergens may be handled or present
● Ability to lift and carry items or objects weighing up to 50
pounds and up to 55 pounds with assistance
● Ability to stand for long periods of time
● Ability to withstand a wide range of temperatures (hot, non-air conditioned environment and walk-in coolers)
