Key Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Maintain a cheerful and positive attitude while serving guests
  • Create emotional connections through smiles, eye contact, and friendly communication
  • Be consistent, reliable, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Multitask efficiently while delivering thorough and attentive service
  • Be able to stand for several hours and lift 10-65 lbs as needed
  • Communicate effectively in English and support the restaurant’s vision and values

Qualifications

  • At least 16 years of age with reliable transportation and proof of insurance
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules
  • Prior experience is a plus, but not required—enthusiasm and a positive mindset are key!
