Job Description:
Have a great time while making the best tasting burger in D/FW. The ideal candidate will be trained to work all stations in the kitchen. A typical shift includes cooking each ticket to order, baking bread, cutting potatoes for French fries, and selling mouth-watering food. Line Cooks are responsible for knowing and following food safety and helping to clean the equipment and kitchen. Job Responsibilities:
- Know menu and read guest orders as they come in.
- Know how to use each piece of equipment and all recipes to make each order correctly.
- Practice safe handling of all food.
- Keep your area and the kitchen clean and sanitary.
- Prepare items for the shift as necessary (bread, potatoes, produce).
- Work at a reasonable pace to get each order out in a timely fashion.
- Be responsible for yourself and your contribution to the team.
- Only serve food that meets our standards of excellence.
- Have fun while you work and help create a positive environment for everyone.
- Perform other related duties as requested.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Desire to engage with others and have fun.
- Basic ability to speak and read English.
- Able to stand for 6 hours.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Willingness to learn.
