Work Environment/Physical Demands:
- Able to walk or stand for long periods of time
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent and possess all documents required by law
- Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays (closed 3 holidays of the year)
- Minimum 1 year Manager experience of a quick casual or quick serve environment
- Effectively lead and manage your own team in fast paced, dynamic environment
- Focuses on "simply better seriously fun" guest service experiences
- Demonstrates highly motivated, energetic, and engaging characteristics
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, results oriented and customer service focused
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Overseeing restaurant's daily operations
- Delivering excellent guest service; including resolving guest complaints with kindness
- Overseeing coaching, counseling and developing staff and managing team relations
- Setting the tone for the fun environment in the restaurant
- Creating and managing team member schedule
- Interviewing, hiring, training, and orientating the team
- Making certain proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility standards maintained
- Ensuring health, safety inspections and cleaning standards are met
