Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts with care and precision
- Follow recipes accurately and maintain strict food safety standards
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofing cabinets efficiently
- Package and present baked goods attractively to delight customers
- Assist with inventory management and supply ordering to keep the kitchen well-stocked
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in baking and food preparation with a focus on quality and safety
- Strong customer service skills and a positive, enthusiastic attitude
- Knowledge of food safety practices and ability to handle food safely
- Proficiency with kitchen tools including knives
- Willingness to work early morning shifts starting as early as 4am

Schedule & Work Environment
